THERAPEUTIC ACTION:
This cleansing soothing remedy is to be used in conjunction with Herbal ICF #1. This formula is a strong intestinal cleanser and has a vacuum like effect on the intestinal colon walls. It draws accumulated fecal matter and built up mucous lining off the walls of your colon and out of any bowel pockets. It will cleanse the small intestinal tract and enliven the villi for nutrient absorption as well as removing accumulated poisons, toxins, parasites and heavy metals. This formula will also remove any drug residues that have been lingering around in your digestive tract. Its mucilaginous properties will soften hardened encased fecal matter for easy removal and also makes an excellent remedy for any inflammation in the intestines such as diverticulitis or irritable bowel. Many patients discovered that this formulation also removed colon polyps. This remedy can also work as an antidote for food and other types of poisoning. 

DOSAGE FOR INTESTINAL CLEANSING:
Take this formula 5 times daily until you’ve used all of the 8 ounce container. Beginning in the morning for 5 or 6 days one hour after your morning Super Food drink, mix 1 heaping teaspoon of Herbal ICF #2 powder with four ounces of water or beverage of your choice. Use a pint jar for ease in mixing. Put the liquid into the jar then add the Herbal ICF #2 powder, shake vigorously, un-cap it then drink all of it. Follow up by drinking an 8 to 10 ounce glass of water. Do the same 1/2 hour before lunch, between lunch and dinner, 1/2 hour before dinner, and 1 hour before bedtime, so you are consuming a total of 5 heaping teaspoons of the formula each day.

Note:
During dinner be sure to take your Herbal ICF #1 as usual but increase your regular dose by one additional capsule, or more if necessary to have sufficient bowel movements. Also, don’t forget to drink the additional 8 to 10 ounces of water after each dose of Herbal ICF #2. You may need to repeat the cleansing process 4 or 5 times in order to remove a lifetime build up of mucous lining. We believe the colon should be cleansed with each change of season, winter to spring, spring to summer and so on. Remember, Death begins in the colon—Keep it clean.

DOSAGE FOR IBS OR CROHN'S:
Basically take the same way as mentioned before 5 times daily or more if needed in order to slow up your bowel activity. However do not use Herbal ICF #1 if you’re suffering from diarrhea type problem. This remedy will slow up the bowel activity and begin a healing process. 

Some people complain to me about having to repeat the colon cleanse using Herbal ICF #2 a series of times. My best analogy to this complaint is you don’t take a shower just one time in your life to cleanse the outside of your body. Therefore if you’ve been living in our great country for any length of time and eating the standard American diet then your digestive tract and elimination organs are filthy and will require more than just one cleansing.
